Physician - Obstetrics/Gynecology, Urogynecology

About the role

Sanford USD Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC Urogynecologist/Urologist with experience in managing urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and fecal incontinence using vaginal, laparoscopic, and abdominal approaches.

Responsibilities

• Practice in a multispecialty setting with physical therapy, integrated health coach, and research coordinators.
• Participate in a programmatic commitment and support for the urogynecology service line.
• Engage in opportunities for research, teaching residents and medical students.
• Provide outreach services to locations in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Be certified through the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).
• Be trained in robotics.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) or Urology.
• Experience in managing urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and fecal incontinence.
• Skilled in vaginal, laparoscopic, and abdominal surgical approaches.
• Experience with robotic surgery.
