About the Role
Gould Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN physician to join our team in Stockton, CA. This position offers a competitive starting base salary of $399,519 with a two-year salary guarantee. We provide a sign-on bonus, loan or mortgage assistance up to $200,000, and a residency stipend. Starting in year 2, compensation transitions to an RVU-based model with bonus potential during the guarantee period. The role includes an average of 30 patients per day in clinic, supported by APC assistance for surgeries.
Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery or Robotics training is required. The group is stable, growing, and uses Epic as its EHR system.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery or Robotics
