Physician - Obstetrician Gynecologist

About the role
Capital Health is seeking an Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our dedicated team. Capital Health delivers about 4,000 babies per year and is one of only a few hospitals in NJ to be designated as a Baby Friendly Hospital. Locations include Bordentown, NJ and/or Browns Mills, NJ to provide full scope OB/GYN care. Call is shared equally among physicians in the group during the week and on weekends. Capital Health is a Level III NICU with Neonatologists, Ob-Hospitalist, and 24-hour in-house anesthesia services. All deliveries are performed at one hospital.
The group has four office locations currently in Lawrenceville, Hamilton, Yardville, and Bordentown. The incoming Ob/Gyn would only need to go to two of the offices with the main office being in Lawrenceville. Call is 1:8; post call you are either off or might be asked to help assist with a surgery by one of your partners. Volumes: 20-25 patients per day and approximately 100 deliveries a month.

Qualifications
- MD/DO Degree
- 3+ years of specialty training in an accredited program
- NJ/PA licenses and Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Pay
Pay Range: $318,693.00 - $627,993.00 for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time). The pay range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. Bonus and/or incentive eligibility are determined by role and level.
