About the role
Joining our dynamic healthcare team in Federal Way, you will specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide array of women’s health cases, making a significant impact on their lives and families. You will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families.
- Practice high quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered medicine.
- Join 5 OB/GYN physicians, 6 CNM’s and 2 APP’s at this location.
- Enjoy a 4 day work week which includes 4-5 calls per month.
- Perform approximately 120 deliveries per month.
- Enjoy 24/7 anesthesia coverage as well as OB hospitalist coverage for OB triage, OB emergencies and ED calls.
- Access to a special care nursery and Level III NICU.
- Offer a mix of both gynecology and obstetrics - including high risk obstetrics and gynecological surgeries.
- Participate in a multi-specialty team including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, and Gynecologic Oncology.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
- Active or eligible license in the state of Washington
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
Qualifications
