Join CHI Health Clinic's established women's health practice serving Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Omaha, Nebraska. Clinic responsibilities are based at Valley View Clinic with deliveries at CHI Health Immanuel Hospital. You'll be part of a growing team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

About the role

This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking a busy practice with an established patient panel, academic involvement, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on women's health in the region. Through a partnership with Creighton University School of Medicine, you'll have opportunities to participate in medical student, resident, and fellow education while practicing in a collaborative environment supported by the EPIC electronic medical record system.

You will provide the full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care for women of all ages, averaging 21–24 patient visits and approximately 10 deliveries per month. The practice offers access to in-office ultrasound, non-stress testing (NST), and colposcopy services, with LEEP procedures available in the inpatient setting.

Working within an integrated care model, you'll collaborate closely with Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, primary care, diabetic education, behavioral health, physical therapy, and pharmacy teams to provide comprehensive, coordinated care. The practice features a 1:6+ call schedule and opportunities to expand access to women's healthcare through outreach services in Southwest Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care for women of all ages
• Conduct approximately 21–24 patient visits per day
• Perform around 10 deliveries per month
• Utilize in-office ultrasound, non-stress testing (NST), and colposcopy services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, coordinated care
• Participate in medical education through Creighton University School of Medicine
• Engage in outreach services to expand women's healthcare access in Southwest Iowa

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Ability to obtain medical licensure in both Iowa and Nebraska

Pay

$324,000 - $380,000 per year
