About the Role

Join CHI Health Clinic's established women's health practice serving Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Omaha, Nebraska. Clinic responsibilities are based at Valley View Clinic with deliveries at CHI Health Immanuel Hospital. You'll be part of a growing team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

Through a partnership with Creighton University School of Medicine, you'll have opportunities to participate in medical student, resident, and fellow education while practicing in a collaborative environment supported by the EPIC electronic medical record system.

This position offers a 1:6+ call schedule and opportunities to expand access to women's healthcare through outreach services in Southwest Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide the full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care for women of all ages, averaging 21–24 patient visits and approximately 10 deliveries per month.
• Utilize in-office ultrasound, non-stress testing (NST), and colposcopy services, with LEEP procedures available in the inpatient setting.
• Collaborate closely with Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, primary care, diabetic education, behavioral health, physical therapy, and pharmacy teams within an integrated care model.
• Build long-term patient relationships and contribute to medical education.
• Help advance a growing women's health program while maintaining a rewarding and balanced clinical practice.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Ability to obtain medical licensure in both Iowa and Nebraska.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$324,000 - $380,000 per year.
