About the role

The successful candidate will join a growing team of 5 MDs, 4 APP’s, and 1 CNM at a Level III NICU. The practice includes a fertility program, urogynecology, gynecologic oncology support, and a growing pelvic floor therapy program. The role also involves deliveries averaging around 600 per year.

• Practice location: Women's Center - Bismarck
• Population: ~100,000 in Bismarck/Mandan, with two local universities offering opportunities for education, sports, cultural activities, and year-round entertainment.
• Location: Safe and family-friendly environment with a vibrant downtown, Missouri River culture, excellent schools, and numerous state parks.
• Call schedule: Shared community call on weekdays and weekends.
• Volume: Anticipated 18 office patients and variable procedure volume per day.
• Delivery volume: Approximately 600 deliveries per year.

Compensation

$408,000 base salary, with potential for additional compensation such as bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
