About The Opportunity
Hawai‘i Pacific Health is seeking a board eligible / board certified Anesthesiologist for a full-time employed position to join our team on the island of O‘ahu.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for obstetric patients, including labor analgesia, cesarean delivery anesthesia, and management of obstetric emergencies
- Lead and collaborate with CRNAs in a care-team model to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality anesthesia services
- Manage high-risk obstetric cases and medically complex patients, coordinating care with obstetrics, maternal-fetal medicine, and neonatal teams
- Participate in call coverage and provide urgent/emergent obstetric anesthesia services as part of a shared team-based schedule
- Contribute to departmental quality, safety, and performance-improvement initiatives that advance patient care and operational excellence
- PRACTICE evidence-based medicine while maintaining flexibility to meet the evolving needs of a busy tertiary care environment
