Physician - Nocturnist

About the role

We are seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine Physicians to join a physician-owned partnership that emphasizes autonomy, local control, and team support. This role involves providing inpatient care in a facility with approximately 70 beds, including stroke and STEMI receiving capabilities, utilizing Cerner EMR and Dragon dictation.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse patient caseload
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Providing hospital-based patient care and management
• Participating in interdisciplinary team collaboration
• Utilizing electronic medical records efficiently
• Contributing to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Certified in Hospital Medicine
• California medical license is a plus
• Visa candidates encouraged to apply
