About the role

This is a grassroots opportunity to join a new service line in its formative stage, helping to design, develop, and lead programs that will shape the future of neurosciences care in the region. Whether your passion lies in stroke and vascular neurology, epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology, neurocritical care, or general neurology, you'll have an extraordinary chance to innovate, collaborate, and grow alongside a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Join a new service line in growth mode - help build infrastructure, program pathways, and strategy from the ground up.
  • Work directly alongside the Global Neurosciences Institute - an established, high-performing team of highly trained neurologists, neurosurgeons, and researchers, committed to holistic, patient-centered care.
  • Design and integrate a broad neurology and neurosurgery continuum - inpatient & outpatient care, stroke systems, neuro-ICU, tele neurology, and more.
  • Blend inpatient, outpatient, and specialty focus according to your interests while helping define the future of care delivery across the region.
  • Take ownership of program growth, quality initiatives, and innovation - your voice matters from Day 1.

Requirements

  • MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
  • Fellowship training in one of the target subspecialties is highly desirable.
  • Eligible for or willing to obtain a New Jersey medical license.
