About the Role

Capital Health Neurosciences is seeking a Neurologist to examine and treat patients with disorders, illnesses, and injuries affecting the nerves, spinal cord, and brain. Responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, collecting samples, running neurological tests, and managing patient care.

The listed pay range reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may vary based on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time). Scheduled weekly hours: 40.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose complex medical problems by reviewing patient history, conducting examinations, and performing neurological tests.
  • Consult with patients on aftercare and long-term health management strategies.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments or medications as needed.
  • Prescribe treatments or medications to improve patient conditions.
  • Order and interpret tests to determine optimal treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records and complete documentation for billing and claims.
  • Attend training and seminars to stay current with trends and developments in neurology.
  • Participate in an on-call schedule in a responsive and timely manner.

Qualifications

  • MD/DO degree.
  • Active NJ and PA medical licenses.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology.
  • 3+ years of specialty training from an accredited neurology residency program.

Pay

Pay Range: $318,000.00–$578,681.00. The range reflects base compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position and may be adjusted based on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Total compensation may include bonuses, incentives, or other forms of compensation.
