About the role

• General and complex spine neurosurgery; spine fellowship preferred
• Hospital-employed, full-time position in Arizona
• 1:5 call ratio with dedicated PA support and 1-week block scheduling
• Dedicated PA assigned to each neurosurgeon for clinic, OR, rounds, and call
• 4 dedicated neurosurgical ORs with intraoperative CT and neuronavigation
• da Vinci Xi Robot on-site; well-established 30-year practice
• 100+ provider referral network supporting high surgical volume
• J-1/H-1B visa negotiable; board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO welcome
