Physician - Neuro-Ophthalmology

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Neuro-Ophthalmologist to join our team, providing comprehensive neuro-ophthalmological and neurological care. The role involves diagnosing and treating visual and nervous system-related issues, such as unexplained vision loss and visual problems, utilizing advanced testing methods like visual field testing and optical coherence tomography.

You will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team including nurses, technicians, therapists, and support staff, with opportunities to expand into general neurology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat visual and nervous system-related issues, including unexplained vision loss and visual problems.
• Utilize advanced testing methods such as visual field testing and optical coherence tomography.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, technicians, therapists, and support staff.
• Expand practice into general neurology as opportunities arise.

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in Neuro-Ophthalmology.
• Michigan medical license.
• DEA certification.
• BLS certification.
