About the role

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a full-time civilian Neurologist at Nellis AFB in Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases and disorders of the nervous system.
• Provide immediate evaluation and management of emergency problems as they occur.
• Perform lumbar punctures, interpret nerve conduction studies and electromyography.
• Perform evoked potentials and electroencephalograms.
• Provide chemo denervation (such as botulinum toxin injections) for common neurological conditions.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an ACGME-approved Neurology Medical Residency.
• A minimum of 2 years of neurologic clinical experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Board certification in adult Neurology.
• Unrestricted Medical License in Nevada.
