Physician - Nephrology

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Eligible Nephrologist to join a collaborative team in a large tertiary care system serving a regional population of approximately 460,000. Key Responsibilities Include Providing comprehensive nephrology care, including clinical nephrology, hypertension, dialysis, ICU nephrology, and post-transplant managementServing as a consultative specialist for inpatient and outpatient services at two major hospitals with a combined 500-bed capacityManaging a dialysis population supported by multiple satellite clinics and providing outreach consults across regional locationsParticipating in medical directorship roles related to outpatient dialysis unitsCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and advanced practice providers, using EPIC EMR Qualifications And Skills MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in NephrologyEligible for medical licensure in Minnesota and/or WisconsinStrong clinical skills in inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis careFellowship-trained or experienced nephrologists encouraged to apply This Role Offers Competitive starting compensation of $450,000 with potential bonuses and incentivesOpportunities for medical directorship and professional growthA supportive environment with a strong team and advanced EMR systemsThe chance to practice in a community known for outdoor recreation, quality of life, and excellent amenities
