About the role

Mosaic Life Care in Maryville, MO, is currently in search of a BC/BE Pediatrician eager to build an outpatient pediatric program, working alongside a team of family practice physicians. This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in providing high quality care to patients in a semi-rural setting. This position offers the security of joining an established health system with the lifestyle of practicing medicine in a comfortable and close-knit community.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with patients and their families, offering compassionate and personalized care
• Readily accessible services such as imaging, lab services, and specialty care
• Full complement of specialty care with proximal access to Children's Mercy subspecialty clinic
• Average of 20-30 patient visits per day
• Comfortable rotating low-volume call
• 95% outpatient/5% inpatient
• Epic EMR

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician
• Current Missouri Medical License
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to care
