Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to American Indian and Alaska Native communities
- Contribute to improving the health outcomes of the communities served
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
Minimum qualifications include:
- A medical degree from an accredited institution
- Licensure to practice medicine in at least one state
- Completion of an approved residency program in family medicine or an equivalent specialty
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working with American Indian and Alaska Native populations
- Knowledge of cultural competency and community-based healthcare delivery
Skills
Essential skills include:
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
