About the role

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Physicians who have adult and pediatric experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in urgent care centers across Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
• Collaborate with experienced clinical support teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Participate in an integrated referral system to support patient navigation and continuity of care.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative patient access tools, such as online registration and appointment scheduling.
• Work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology and medical equipment.
• Elevate the standard of care through evidence-based medicine and clinical quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• AHA (American Heart Association) BLS certification (available upon hire).

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds, and AHA BLS certification.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential.
