About the role

Responsibilities
- Complete a comprehensive medical assessment
- Aid in training for the Nursing staff
- Assist in developing, implementing, and annually reviewing written medical procedures
- Assist with the planning of medical services across assigned locations
- Ensure that medical staffing patterns are adequate, and patients receive full continuum of care by coordinating care with other patient care providers
Requirements
- BE or BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine
- Licensed in the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain)
- MD and DO welcome to apply
- Must have Medicaid number or be Medicaid eligible
Qualifications
Comprehensive medical assessment skills, training in addiction medicine, and experience working in a healthcare setting are preferred qualifications.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of addiction medicine and treatment protocols
