Physician (MD/DO) - Surgery - Trauma

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma orthopedic surgical care within a 330-bed regional facility, handling an average of 2 cases on weekdays and 1.5 on weekends.
• Participate in shared call duties with minimal after-hours commitments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neurosurgeons and ER specialists.
• Maintain high-quality patient care and ensure effective surgical interventions.

Qualifications & Skills

• MD with trauma orthopedic surgery expertise, residency-trained in emergency response, and capable of working in a busy hospital environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills are essential.
