Physician (MD/DO) - Psychiatry

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care within a well-established, financially stable health system.
• Participate in a team of over 140 providers and 2300 staff members.
• Work under a production-based compensation model.
• Contribute to delivering quality mental health services in a community setting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical degree with Psychiatry specialization.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Iowa.
• Experience in geriatric and general psychiatry preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Duties

• Provide inpatient geriatric psychiatric care and outpatient adult/child services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Engage in community and patient outreach where applicable.
