- Days: Monday-Friday
- Outpatient: 100%
- Call: Weekday self-call for ones own patients
What Youll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care with a special emphasis on Senior Care, partnering closely with the embedded care team to improve access, coordination, and outcomes. Help establish and grow the clinics patient panel in a high-demand market.
Qualifications
- MD/DO, board-eligible/board-certified in a primary care discipline
- New graduate or experienced provider welcomed
