Schedule

• Favorable Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Monday through Sunday, and 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) on Saturday and Sunday.
• Work-Life Balance: Call and shift schedules are specifically designed to prioritize physician well-being.

Compensation

• Compensation: Highly competitive salary enhanced by productivity incentives. Potential earnings around $350,000 for 1.0 FTE.
