About the role

Seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN physician to join an established practice in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC, is a physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement.

• Join an established OB/GYN team of seven physicians
• Multispecialty clinic attached to the hospital — the only hospital with labor and delivery in the county
• Maternal-fetal medicine physician on site weekly; NICU services available 24/7

Responsibilities

• Outpatient and inpatient clinical care
• Minimally invasive surgery via robot
• Collaboration with maternal-fetal medicine specialist
• Coverage of NICU-supported deliveries

Schedule

• Four-day work week: three days in clinic, one day in the OR
• Call schedule: 1:7

Pay

• $455,000 guaranteed base salary with eligibility for production-based compensation up to $713,000
• Shareholder opportunity within 12 months of employment
• Additional incentive compensation for quality, service, and leadership goals
