About the role
We are seeking a Physician to join an inpatient care team as an OB/GYN Generalist or Hospitalist in a community hospital setting. The position involves providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, collaborating with a team of support staff, and utilizing established specialty access to deliver quality patient care. The hospital is a modern 58‑bed facility with advanced services such as an e‑ICU, family birth suites, and specialty departments, located in a welcoming small‑town environment known for its rich dairy heritage and outdoor activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage inpatient admissions and oversee labor and delivery.
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients.
- Collaborate with support staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Utilize established specialty access and clinical expertise to deliver care.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Active or eligible Wisconsin medical license.
- DEA license (active or eligible).
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
