Responsibilities

• Provide primary and specialty care to adult patients
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans

Requirements

• Current medical license in Wisconsin
• Completion of accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Experience in ambulatory care settings preferred
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
