Responsibilities

  • Delivering comprehensive patient care
  • Collaborating with leadership on clinical operations and quality improvement
  • Developing policies and mentoring providers
  • Ensuring accurate documentation in EMR
  • Responding to clinical concerns and emergencies
  • Participating in organizational planning and community engagement
  • Monitoring performance metrics to improve quality and patient satisfaction
  • Supporting disaster preparedness and organizational initiatives

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited school
  • Residency in primary care
  • Board Certified or Eligible
  • Active or eligible Hawaii license
  • DEA and Hawaii Narcotics registration
  • BLS certification
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience
  • Ledger experience preferred
  • FQHC experience is strongly preferred
