Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive patient care
- Collaborating with leadership on clinical operations and quality improvement
- Developing policies and mentoring providers
- Ensuring accurate documentation in EMR
- Responding to clinical concerns and emergencies
- Participating in organizational planning and community engagement
- Monitoring performance metrics to improve quality and patient satisfaction
- Supporting disaster preparedness and organizational initiatives
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited school
- Residency in primary care
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Active or eligible Hawaii license
- DEA and Hawaii Narcotics registration
- BLS certification
- At least 5 years of clinical experience
- Ledger experience preferred
- FQHC experience is strongly preferred
