Physician - MD/DO - Gastroenterologist

About the role

SSM Health - St. Louis, MO is seeking to add two Gastroenterologists to join their new Ambulatory Surgical Center located in Creve Coeur.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced physicians in the new facility
• Work both outpatient at the ASC and inpatient at nearby SSM Health DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, MO
• Collaborate closely with the inpatient endoscopy team
• Manage an average of 10-12 outpatients and 14-17 inpatients per shift
• Join a team of 3 GI physicians and 3 experienced APPs
• Benefit from dedicated APP support working alongside you

Requirements

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology

• Serving patients from across the St. Louis metropolitan area, with a concentration in the surrounding communities of Bridgeton, Florissant, Hazelwood, St. Ann, Olivette, St. John, Maryland Heights, and Overland in Missouri
