Physician - MD/DO - Gastroenterologist

About the role

Seeking a Gastroenterologist to join an established practice at a regional hospital, working both inpatient and outpatient care alongside a team of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality community-based care within a well-equipped hospital setting, serving a vibrant community with a rich history and modern amenities.

Responsibilities

• Perform an average of 30 procedures weekly, including endoscopies
• Collaborate closely with the inpatient endoscopy team
• Participate in call duties with 2 weekday nights per month and 1:8 weekends
• Contribute to a team of 3 GI physicians and 2 APPs in a supportive environment

Qualifications

Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology
