About the Opportunity
Fond du Lac Regional Clinic (FDLRC) is a 110‑physician, physician‑owned and governed multispecialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement. The clinic serves east central Wisconsin and is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to take over a well‑established practice from a retiring physician.
- Full‑time position with opportunity for a 4‑day work week
- Supportive, tight‑knit team with outstanding physician engagement and retention
- Ability to quickly out‑earn the base guarantee
- Reasonable phone‑only call rotation with after‑hours nurse triage
- Full complement of support staff
