Physician (MD/DO) - ENT

About the role

Join our ENT practice at PeaceHealth University District in Eugene, Oregon. We are seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) general otolaryngologist to join a collaborative and well-established team. This position offers the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of ENT—from bread-and-butter cases to advanced clinical and surgical care—in a supportive and dynamic environment. The team currently includes 6 ENT physicians and 5 audiologists, providing comprehensive ear, nose, and throat services to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Practice the full spectrum of ENT, including bread-and-butter cases and advanced clinical and surgical care.
• Provide comprehensive ear, nose, and throat services to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with a team of 6 ENT physicians and 5 audiologists.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree.
• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. ENT Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian ENT Residency.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license prior to hire).
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.

Pay

First year salary guarantee of $520,000.00 (based on a 1.0 FTE) followed by productivity-based compensation plus up to 10% extra in value measures.
