Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine

About the Role

A full-time Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician position focused on specialized care for high-risk pregnancies and fetal complications within a regional team.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-risk pregnancies and fetal issues.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Provide services primarily in Grand Rapids with occasional travel to Muskegon.
• Participate in medical student and resident education.
• Work with support staff including a medical assistant and sonographer.
• Share on-call duties mainly via phone, with hospital visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Open to experienced providers or new graduates.
• Board certified or eligible, with certification within 2 years.
• Michigan medical license, DEA, ACLS, and BLS certifications required.
