About the role

• Hospital-employed position focused on proactive and preventive medicine
• Value-based geriatric care model with a dedicated 65+ patient panel
• Goal of keeping patients out of the hospital through preventive care
• Collaborative team of 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
• See 14 patients per day

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
• No call, no weekends, and no nights
• 4-day workweek may be considered for the right candidate

Requirements

• Board-certified Geriatrician, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine physician preferred
• H-1B visa sponsorship will be considered
