Role & Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to adult or geriatric patients, including wellness, chronic disease management, and specialized procedures based on interest.
• Work in a physician-led, team-oriented environment with dedicated administrative support, clinical staff, and specialists.
• Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with limited shared call (phone consults only).
• Focus on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Patient-focused, collaborative, and friendly team player.

Key Duties

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services to a diverse adult population.
• Utilize available clinical support, including labs, imaging, and specialists.
