About the Role

Union Hospital, located in Terre Haute, Indiana, is a 300-bed facility with a 50-bed Emergency Department. It offers a hybrid ICU with approximately 80,000 patient encounters per year, large patient volume and acuity, and a small-town friendly feel. The hospital is Level III Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Certified Primary Stroke Center. Vituity-staffed Emergency Department and hospitalists offer integrated care solutions at the site.

Requirements

  • Board Eligible/Certified Critical Care physician.
  • Current IN state license (preferred).

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with 18 encounters per day per intensivist and 14 encounters per night between physician and APP.
