Practice autonomously at our 8-bed hospital just 15 minutes outside of Fayetteville. New facility, contemporary technology on site. Consistently high patient satisfaction and employee engagement scores. Stable in-house Hospitalist program has been in place for 15+ years – strong core group, excellent retention, collegial environment.

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously at our 8-bed hospital just 15 minutes outside of Fayetteville.
• Work in a new facility with contemporary technology.
• Contribute to a stable and high-performing Hospitalist program with strong retention rates.
• Collaborate with other specialists and primary care providers within the FirstHealth system.
• Participate in dedicated Nocturnists services via telemedicine.
• Support efficient patient transfer processes with our regional referral center.

Requirements

• Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board Certification through ABMS or AOA.
• Superior clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a high acuity Hospitalist program highly desired.

Qualifications

• Clean background.
• Unrestricted NC medical licensure.
• NC DEA certification.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS).
