We must preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format as lists.
We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting didn't have those except maybe some generic lines like "Applicants pending the completion of training or license requirements may be referred..." that's part of qualifications; we should keep.
We need to ensure we don't lose any info.

But we could keep Pay separate as it's a distinct heading with specific content (though same). The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we should merge Pay into Benefits and not create a separate Pay section if it's just repeating. However the Benefits section already includes Pay line; we could keep Benefits and omit separate Pay. Similarly Schedule is distinct.
