Physician Hospitalist

About the role

This full-time position is ideal for a provider who enjoys working with complex chronic conditions and serving the senior population. A geriatrics fellowship is a strong plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work across levels of care: skilled nursing, independent living, assisted living, and nursing home settings – all within one state-of-the-art community.
• Schedule flexibility: standard Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm or 4,10-hour days (36 clinical hours plus 4 admin hours).

Requirements

• Comprised of SNF/ALF/nursing homes
• Geriatric fellowship training a plus, but not required
• Very robust and competitive compensation and benefits
• NC license in hand a plus

Qualifications

• Family medicine or internal medicine specialty
