Physician: Hospice & Pediatric Palliative Care

As one of North Carolina's most respected nonprofit hospice and palliative care organizations, Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine or Med-Peds physician to join its award-winning interdisciplinary team.
About the role
- Unique blended role supporting both Adult Hospice and Cardinal Kids Pediatric Palliative Care
- Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, chaplains, pharmacists, and other dedicated professionals

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (Med-Peds)
- Eligible for unrestricted North Carolina medical licensure
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for caring for patients with serious illness and supporting families through every stage of their journey
- Previous hospice or palliative medicine experience is welcomed but not required. Physicians with a sincere interest in this rewarding field are encouraged to apply.
