Physician (Hillsboro Internal Medicine)

POSITION SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cooperates in the establishment of procedures and methods of operation for the office, maintaining in good standing medical staff privileges including attendance at required meetings.
• Performs and documents assessments and data collection in an ongoing, timely, accurate, concise and systematic manner.
• Render professional services in the office designated and provided by the hospital in accordance with the Physician Employment Agreement.
• Identifies patients and/or significant other's learning needs and implements appropriate measures to meet these.
• Adapts care to accommodate unexpected changes in patient status.
• Promotes accident prevention and reports potential safety hazards.
• Renders all services promptly and diligently in accordance with the professional and ethical standards of the medical community in which the physician practices.

• Education: Required
• Experience: Required
• Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations: Maintains Oregon licensure. Fulfills requirements of hospital medical staff credentialing process. Maintains active staff membership in good standing with the medical staff of the hospital with all privileges and responsibilities accorded such membership.
