Lincoln Hospital, a 25‑bed critical access hospital and proud member of MaineHealth, is seeking a per diem Hospitalist to join an experienced and collaborative team. The role offers a flexible work schedule in a supportive environment dedicated to meeting the needs of patients in a rural yet vibrant coastal community. Qualifications
- Completion of an ACGME‑accredited residency or fellowship program in the relevant specialty, or equivalent.
- Eligible for licensure in the State of Maine.
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and privileges at designated hospital locations.
Pay
The pay rate for this position is $212 per hour ($203 per hour for internal candidates adding a per diem position) and may qualify for shift differentials based on eligibility.

This is a per diem role with a flexible work schedule.
