About the role

ADVENT is a physician-led practice with 18 physicians and 62 advanced practice providers providing outpatient-based ENT care. We serve more than 20,000 patients annually and offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope ENT care in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a team of advanced practice providers
• Offer in-office treatments for breathing, sleep, and quality of life improvements

Requirements

• Board Certification in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• MD/DO with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin
• Live within 20 miles of assigned practice location

Qualifications

• Recent graduates (2020 and later) encouraged to apply
• No visa sponsorship available

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
