We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Summary: This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) - a student loan payment reimbursement program. Must meet eligibility per VHA policy and submit EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval - award amount (up to $200,000) & eligibility period (one to five years) determined by VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of EDRP application. Former EDRP participants ineligible to apply. - Qualifications: To qualify for this position - you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement. Applicants pending the completion of training or license requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met. Currently employed physician(s) in VA who met the requirements for appointment under the previous qualification standard at the time of their initial appointment are deemed to have met the basic requirements of the occupation. - Basic Requirements: list of items: United States Citizenship, Degree of doctor of medicine or equivalent, degree from VA-approved school, Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State/Territory/Commonwealth or DC, Residency Training: Physicians must have completed residency training approved by Secretary of VA in an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification (note about VA physicians in academic training may need board certification for faculty status). Approved residencies: (1) Those approved by ACGME or AOA in list published for year residency/fellowship completed; OR (2) One year of post medical school training (internship - first year of residency - or transitional year residency) approved by ACGME or AOA followed by two years of post-training independent practice (performing under a full and unrestricted license) in the United States; OR (3) Non-US residency training programs followed by a minimum of three years of verified independent practice in the United States (performing under a full and unrestricted license) performing duties related to the position they are applying for (United States fellowships would be creditable towards this requirement) - which the local Medical Staff Executive Committee deems to have provided the applicant with appropriate professional training and believes has exposed the Physician to an appropriate range of patient care experiences. Exceptions: Residents currently enrolled in ACGME/AOA accredited residency training programs and who would otherwise meet the basic requirements for appointment are eligible to be appointed as "Physician Resident Providers" (PRPs). PRPs must be fully licensed physicians (i.e., not a training license) and may only be appointed on an intermittent basis. PRPs are not considered independent practitioners and will not be privileged; rather - they are to have a "scope of practice" that allows them to perform certain restricted duties under supervision. Additionally - surgery residents in gap years may also be appointed as PRPs. In rare and unusual circumstances - the Facility Director can submit a memo to the VISN Director through the VISN Chief Medical Officer - who may approve requests for reasonable exceptions to the residency training requirement for Physicians whose composite record of experience - accomplishments - performance - and qualifications warrant such action. We need to produce sections: maybe About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (basic requirements + preferred experience?), Qualifications (maybe combine basic and preferred?), Skills (maybe proficiency in EUS/ERCP etc?), Benefits (list benefits: PTO, retirement, insurance, CME, malpractice, contract, etc), Pay (competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases), Schedule (work schedule). Also maybe include EDRP info as part of Benefits? Or maybe a separate section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content. We have content for: - About the role: summary (EDRP eligibility, program details). Could be "About the role". Provide paragraph. - Responsibilities: duties (administrative, clinical, other duties). Provide list. - Requirements: basic requirements (citizenship, degree, license, residency training, English proficiency). Also maybe "Preferred Experience" could be under Qualifications or Skills. The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map. We have Qualifications: maybe "To qualify for this position - you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement." plus "Applicants pending the completion of training or license requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met." plus "Currently employed physician(s) in VA who met the requirements for appointment under the previous qualification standard at the time of their initial appointment are deemed to have met the basic requirements of the occupation." That's more about qualification process. Could be under Qualifications. Skills: maybe proficiency in spoken and written English, proficiency in EUS/ERCP, reviewing capsule endoscopies, board certification/eligibility in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine, supervisory/leadership experience, etc. Benefits: includes PTO, retirement, insurance, CME reimbursement, malpractice coverage, contract details, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, EDRP (student loan repayment). Also maybe "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package". So Benefits section. Pay: "Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases". Also maybe mention sign-on bonus? But that is under Benefits? Actually sign-on bonus is under Recruitment/Relocation Incentive (Sign-on Bonus): May be available for highly qualified candidates. That could be Benefits or Pay? Usually sign-on bonus is part of compensation. But we have Pay section for salary, bonus, increases. Could also include sign-on bonus there? But the instruction: only create Pay section if posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases". So we will include that. Sign-on bonus maybe under Benefits as it's a recruitment incentive. Schedule: "Work Schedule: 80 hours total per two weeks pay period (Monday - Friday) and approximately 5 weeknights of call per month." Also we have EDRP details: award amount up to $200k, eligibility period one to five years, former participants ineligible, contact info. That could be under Benefits (Education Debt Reduction Program). Or maybe a separate section? Not in list. So we put under Benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format as lists. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "not specified". All sections we create must have real content. Let's outline:
