Physician - General Neurologist
About the role
PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is seeking a General Neurologist to join their established and collaborative neurology team in Vancouver, Washington. The team includes 5 General Neurologists, 4 Neurohospitalists, 1 Sleep Specialist, 1 Sleep Nurse Practitioner, and 1 Physician Assistant. This position offers a flexible 4-5 day work week with 36 patient contact hours per week, including 1 hour of administrative time. The practice uses EPIC EMR and DAX AI scribe for enhanced efficiency and provides dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant support.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neurological care to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met
- Participate in 1:9 home-based night call schedule
- Perform optional Botox and EMG/NCV procedures
- Read your own EEGs
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Neurology
- Current Washington State Medical License
- Experience in hospitalist and/or sleep medicine preferred
Qualifications

Pay
Guaranteed salary (1-2 years): $354,224, then transition to production model. Potential for Performance bonus after salary guarantee.
Schedule
Flexible 4-5 day work week with 36 patient contact hours per week, including 1 hour of administrative time.
