Physician Gastroenterology

About the role

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to lead and expand gastroenterology services in a growing regional area. The position involves outpatient endoscopy and clinic-based practice, with opportunities to influence regional strategy and integrate with a statewide network.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and growth of gastroenterology services in the region
• Collaborate with a team including experienced advanced practitioners
• Provide comprehensive GI care, including advanced endoscopy procedures such as ESD, POEM, and Endohepatology
• Participate in inpatient care and on-call duties as the service expands
• Engage in teaching and research activities with medical students, residents, and fellows

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology
