Sinai Hospital, a regional medical campus for George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences (GWSMHS), serves the people of greater Baltimore as well as national and international patients. As a nonprofit teaching hospital, Sinai provides training for more than 140 residents and 400 medical students yearly.
About the role
- Outpatient practice, as well as inpatient consults on a rotating basis at Sinai Hospital
- Opportunities for research, teaching, and leadership development
- Supervise and work with residents and medical students
- Carry out follow-up appointments, monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans and medications, update patient records, and make referrals as needed
- Remain up-to-date on best practices, developments, trends, research, and technology
- Rotation-based call coverage with excess pay
- Support from inpatient PAs when on call and onsite nursing and APP from tenured staff
- New Cancer Center opening
Requirements
- MD from an Accredited Medical School
- Board Eligibility or Board Certified in Gastroenterology with successful completion of a formal GI fellowship program
- Possession of or eligibility for a Maryland Medical License without restrictions
- Current CDS license and DEA certificate
- BLS and ACLS certification
- EGD/colonoscopy experience preferred

Pay
$500k base salary with opportunity for additional incentive compensation, if applicable.
