Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed medical evaluations including lifestyle, environmental, nutritional, metabolic, and psychosocial assessments.
  • Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based functional medicine principles and precision medicine approaches.
  • Interpret advanced laboratory testing when clinically appropriate and incorporate findings into patient treatment plans.
  • Provide longitudinal care with an emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and sustainable lifestyle change.
  • Collaborate with patients to establish measurable health goals and monitor outcomes over time.
  • Prescribe medications, nutritional therapies, supplements, and other treatments when medically indicated.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Preventive Medicine.
  • Preference for formal training or certification in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, or Nutrition.
  • Experience caring for patients with chronic inflammatory, autoimmune, metabolic, hormonal, or gastrointestinal disorders.
  • Interest in longevity medicine, cognitive health, and healthy aging.
  • Demonstrated commitment to preventive, patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
