About the Role
Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Obstetrics Physicians to provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including clinic duties, in-house Labor & Delivery call, and GYN surgeries. The practice is situated at a 353-bed hospital with a Level 3 Trauma Center and NICU, supporting a full-scope OB/GYN environment with a collaborative team.
The position emphasizes autonomy, local control, and support within a physician-owned partnership promoting shared success and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver over 3,000 babies annually
- Perform 3-4 GYN surgeries daily
- Mentor residents
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified in Obstetrics
- Current California medical license
- DEA certification
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in OB/GYN
- Strong communication skills

Pay
Competitive compensation exceeding $600,000, with potential for total earnings to significantly exceed this amount through partnership income, profit sharing, and equity ownership.
