About the role
The section of General Internal Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is seeking an Academic Geriatrician to join their team to help provide support at their Nursing Home and Assisted Living facilities. They service locations in Hanover, Lebanon and Claremont, NH as well as Windsor, VT.
Responsibilities
- Provide support at Nursing Home and Assisted Living facilities
- Offer care that enables seniors to live independently, with dignity, and maximize their personal potential
- Work within an established patient base
- Collaborate with a collegial team and receive referrals

Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Fellowship trained in Geriatrics (not required)
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the State of NH and VT
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in geriatric care is preferred but not required
