About the role
Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is recruiting a General Internist to join the Section of General Internal Medicine as part of an academic, multi-specialty, primary care practice located at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Heater Road clinic, a few miles from the main campus of the hospital. The Internal Medicine team at Heater Road is an integral part of a dynamic Primary Care group focused on clinical and educational quality improvement, population health, and the development of new models of care delivery. The position involves delivering high-quality, team-based care and participating in the teaching of residents and medical students. Successful candidates may receive a faculty appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth at a rank commensurate with experience. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO)
- Post‑graduate training in a residency program
- Current New Hampshire Medical License
- Current or eligible for ABMS Board Certification (to be obtained within 5 years)
- Active hospital staff membership
- Eligible for H‑1B sponsorship
